Me and my partner are going abroad to visit family so we are subletting our lovely one bed garden flat from 7th of Dec 2026 to 31st Jan 2027 (8 weeks)
Access info: The flat is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible because of one step at the front and back door, but it's on the ground floor and counts with private garden (with BBQ and fire pit!)
Deposit: we'll ask for half the rent as deposit + second half paid at mid-stay.
Our rent is £1900, but we're offering a lower price as it is a sublet.
8 weeks would be £2750
