Rent: £1,050 month ex bills per room. Bills are 150 per month, this included everything with a cleaner every 2 weeks.

Double room available in a 3-bedroom, 2-storey apartment in Kennington, overlooking a garden square. Just a 10-minute walk from Kennington Tube station and so accessible to everywhere in London

The People:
You will be sharing with one Aussie guy in his mid twenties.

The Location:
Most people only know Kennington as the fork in the Northern Line and not as a place to live. It's a quiet neighbourhood even though it's so central. There are a surprising amount of cute cafés and good pubs that fly under the radar. It's very well connected on the tube, very easy to get anywhere in the city or further out.
