We're on the lookout for a new flatmate after our friend unexpectedly had to leave London — so their loss is your gain!

A bit about us: we're both 30 — one guy, one girl. He's a London native working in tech, and a big football and pub fan (the social kind, not the stumble-home kind). She's Canadian, works in marketing, and is into the gym and travelling. We're easy-going, like a good laugh, and genuinely enjoy spending time together as a household without living in each other's pockets.

We're open to guys or girls — we just care that you're friendly, respectful, and have good chat!

About the house:
The place has been newly renovated and is honestly a great spot. It includes:

Huge kitchen with an island, modern appliances, and a large fridge

Sunny garden — perfect for summer

Big, fully furnished living room

2 bathrooms

Right on the high street — gym, supermarkets, restaurants, and transport all on your doorstep

The current contract runs until October, with the possibility of extending beyond that.
