Short term single rooms in Kennington

My husband and I are advertising short term (up to 3 months) two single rooms in our 4 bedroom flat in Kennington.

This would be ideal for summer internships or those moving to London looking for an initial place to stay. We are advertising 2 single rooms:
- a slightly larger room with a desk, £1400pm
- a slightly smaller room, with a fold up desk £1300.

Bills are included.

In terms of the wider house, there is a shared living room, kitchen, outdoor yard, shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. As it is our home, it is fully furnished and we provide bed linen.

You would be staying with my husband and me (although we will also be away for quite a bit of the summer) and another guest.

Kennington is best known for its central location. It is one tube stop from Waterloo. It is 20 minutes walk from the River Thames opposite Parliament. We live 1-2 minutes walk from Kennington Park, which is generally a lovely place to walk and which has a popular coffee shop with a pizza oven.

We often advertise on Airbnb but thought we would try spare room.
