* Someone who is clean, tidy and has a shared interest in taking care of the space, as I do

* Sociable and good craic/sense of humour, but respectful of other people's space and routines

* No preferences on WFH status. The living room was used by my former flatmate and can be used freely to set up a desk/pc for work or personal reasons. I have my own desk space in my room which I use so the living room will essentially be mostly your space.

* No loud noise after 11-12 pm, please, to keep the neighbours happy. More relaxed on this over the weekend

* No strong opinion on smoking, but if you do smoke, please use the landing outside - smoking inside the property is not allowed per contract
