🏡 Double room in a friendly, professional houseshare in Kennington SE17

A lovely Australian couple have decided to move back home, and the room, so we're looking for a friendly, easy-going professional (or couple) to take a lovely double room in our calm home right in the heart of Kennington.

📅 Available from 23rd September (can't be earlier), we'll aim to schedule viewings between 10th to 14th August.

Comfy shared living room to relax and unwind
Lovely shared garden, ideal for morning coffee or summer evenings
One bathroom + a separate toilet
We keep things tidy and respectful, this is a home, not a party house

👥 Your Housemates
Klaus: works in change management, into board games, running and cycling. Mostly office-based, and when working from home keeps to their own room.
Richa: works in education, loves cooking, very quiet, and friendly.
We each have our own lives and give each other space, but we're warm, considerate, and happy to share a meal or a chat. We'd love someone with a similar vibe.

📍 The Location: genuinely one of the best-connected spots in London
🚇 Tube: Kennington (Northern line) is a short walk, and Elephant & Castle (Northern + Bakerloo lines, Zone 1/2) is around 7–10 minutes on foot. The Northern line runs into the City and West End in minutes.
🚆 Rail: Elephant & Castle Thameslink + Southeastern services: direct to St Pancras, London Bridge, Blackfriars.
🚌 Buses: A huge range of routes along Kennington Park Road and Walworth Road (12, 35, 40, 45, 68, 133, 148, 155, 171, 176, 333, 415 and more), plus night buses, you can get almost anywhere.
🚴 Cycling: Flat, quick ride into central London with good cycle routes.
