Double Room in Kennington LGBT Household

Lovley small-medium double bedroom soon to be available in central Kennington just a short walk from the tube station.

The flat is nearby Walworth high street which has several small supermarkets, a large Lidl & Morrisons and right by East Street Market.

Elephant & Castle Main Line - Thames Link - 15 minute walk
Walworth High Street - Buses to South/East & West London - 10 minute walk

We are looking for someone who is fairly chill, tidy and respectful of others. In terms of the flat we all get on well and do hang out together in/out the flat so someone who is happy to go for a drink/coffee or watch TV with would be great.

A bit about everyone in the flat.

Jim - 31 - Works for a beauty brand in Operations and spends 3 days per week at the office and the rest of the time at home. Jim loves a good Murder/true crime show, live music (Beyonce superfan) and is a vegetarian.

Dan - 34 - Freelance Creative & works in an event space - Usually based at home. Dans interests are tattooing, anything creative & politics.

Furqan - 35 - Works in Research for a University and generally spends 1-2 days per week in the office and the rest of the time WFH. Furqan likes the gym, cooking and travel.

Ideally we are looking for another Gay man but everyone is welcome the vibe is more what is important.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a 3 floor building with no lift access and roughly 25-40 steps to climb.
