Sub-let Beautiful Kennington Double Room

Hi!

I have lived in this lovely flat for 7.5 years now. I have joined the gang of people quitting their jobs to go travelling for a couple of months. I am looking for someone to sublet my room from 20th December - 4th April (end date can be flexible). You will be sharing the house with two other gals, Elisha (29) and Alice (29, soon to be the big 30). We are all spare room gals, Alice is the newest member to the house - moved in in October and Elisha has been here over a year. I have had great success through spare room over the years and hoping to continue that.

The flat is a second and third floor maisonette in a 3 storey Victorian house in Kennington just 5 minutes walk from the station (northern line-all branches) or a 15 min walk to Vauxhall (Victoria line)

It is well connected with great coffee shops, gyms, bus routes and plenty of small shops and a large Tesco nearby. It is on a quiet street in a residential area just 1 minute walk from Kennington park.

The room:
A large double bedroom on the first floor with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving. It also has a big sash window letting in loads of light (overlooking our neighbours garden) and a fireplace. I will leave the room furnished with a bedside table, extra clothing rail and mirror. I will most likely want to store one suitcase under the bed but there is plenty of storage under the bed or in the wardrobe.

The flat:
A bright and spacious flat with a great landlord and neighbours (they’re very good at collecting our parcels). The flat has 2 bathrooms, a shower in each and a bath in the bathroom beside this bedroom (one on each floor), a kitchen with all the usual stuff and a large living room with two sofas and a table with 6 chairs. This is a great house for relaxing after a long day in front of the TV. All rooms have double glazing, keeping it cosy even in the winter.

The flatmates:
We enjoy socialising and catching up but also need time and space after a long day at work. We are a kind and considerate flat and looking for someone who is clean, friendly and social. We like to do our own thing at the weekend, but can also be found lounging around the house, we are definitely not a party flat.

Bills:
Included in the rental cost for ease. We have good WiFi and sky TV, Netflix & Disney+
