Spacious Double room Zone 1/2 🏳️‍🌈 with garden

We’re three friends in a 3-bed house on a quiet street in SE17 (Zone 1/2), and one of the rooms is becoming available. It’s a LGBT+ household. One of us is a lawyer and one manages a gay bar. We all get on well and look after the place. Most evenings are pretty relaxed, and people are around or out as it suits them.
The house has a front garden, closet storage and a kitchen with everything you need: washing machine and tumble dryer (both new), oven, hob, fridge and an air fryer. There are two toilets. One is in the shower room, and the other is separate next to the bathroom. The room is fully furnished.

The area is very convenient. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons are all about 5 minutes away, and the high street is 3 minutes’ walk, with lots of independent restaurants and charity shops. There’s also a great corner shop nearby that’s open 24/7 and has a huge range of food from around the world at fair prices. They bake fresh bread every day too.
Kennington tube is about a 9-minute walk, Elephant & Castle about 15, and there are buses a couple of minutes from the door. Vauxhall is about 25 minutes on foot if you like going out, as it has most of the queer bars.
We’re looking for someone gay, sociable and kind, who’s tidy and easy to live with. Chatting in the kitchen and spending time together is very welcome, but we also respect that everyone needs their own space.
