I am a film producer, entrepreneur and part-time live-in landlord. I live in this house 3 nights per week, sometimes less but rarely more.

As the sole lodger you would have the entire property to yourself for much of the time!

I am looking for a (singular, no couples) tidy, quiet professional to take 1.5 of the rooms on a f/t basis.

Obviously I will only be in the house 3 nights of the week (but typically go out on those evenings - I am teetotal though), and I am also not in the UK at all some weeks.

Your accommodation is spread over 2 rooms:

- Room 1 is a your double bedroom and sleeping area with kingsize bed, with its own separate bathroom (bath + shower)
- Room 2 is your study and storage room, containing your desk, wardrobe and hanging space and other storage.

The other 2 bedrooms will obviously be empty much of the week.

• Just 2 mins from Kennington Tube, which is one stop south of Waterloo on the Northern Line and connects to both Charing Cross & Bank lines. Journey time to Leicester Square is 7 minutes direct. So whether you work in The City, or the West End, the commute is just as easy.
