I am a film producer and entrepreneur and part-time live-in landlord who is only in this 3 bed/3 bath house Weds/Thurs/Fri nights generally, and then I am gone midday on Saturdays...

I am looking for a tidy, quiet female professional to take 1 of the 3 rooms on a f/t basis.

Obviously I will only be in the house 3 nights of the week (but typically out on those evenings), and I am also out of the UK many weeks so you would have the entire property to yourself 24/7.

The room itself is a large double with kingsize bed, with its own bathroom (bath + shower). The other 2 bedrooms will obviously be empty much of the week.
