Great 2 double bed flat with a 6-7 min walk to the cool bars and restaurants of King's Cross St Pancras, the canal area and Granary Square. [NB: Female postgrads may have the option to buddy up with another female postgrad who's keen for the larger bedroom] It's only a 5 min stroll to the wonderful Brunswick Centre with its large Waitrose.

The flat is a 10 min walk to UCL and SOAS, 15 mins to LSE, and 20-25 mins to King's College. It's a 7 minute run to the canal, and a 10-15 min run to Regent's Park. St. George's Park Gardens is 2 mins stroll away. Rent excludes bills.

This is a shared flat, so for 2 people (to be taken as a whole flat). The weekly rent per room reflects the different sizes of the bedrooms, although both have double beds. It will be up to the sharers to decided on the amount of rent per room, as the rent must be paid in one tranche monthly.

There's a desk in the larger bedroom, and a table in the living room as well. Max 2 people only. Post-grads preferred. Rent excludes bills. Fully furnished, original wooden floors and tastefully decorated, this flat has a leafy courtyard area and/or the basement where you can keep a bike. Council tax band C. 5 week deposit required.

Smoking and vaping not permitted in the building. Please note, the living room CANNOT be converted into a bedroom.
