The flat is fully furnished and has had the heating system newly replaced this year. The Kitchen has all basic appliances including gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The flat is located in a great place in central london with a close tube station. There are also convenience stores(M&S, Tescos, Coop) and a Mcdonalds all within a 5 minutes' walk.
This is a 2B1B property and both rooms are available. Move in is by June 19th - the move in date is not changeable due to you taking over the current tenancy. Communications are managed through an letting agency, The tenancy is on a monthly rolling basis but needs to be at least 2 months long.
The Council Tax band is D. Bills are not included but you can expect them to be about 250 per month from my personal experience. This includes Water, gas, Electricity, Wifi.
