Hi! I have a bright, spacious double room available, with desk, chair, wardrobe, chester draws and small fridge. Bed is king size. This room is available now until September, possibly a bit longer. 2nd bedroom is single, with triple wardrobe, dressing table and underbed storage. Available from July til October.
Kitchen is nice and bright with all appliances.
The accommodation is close to shops and cafes/takeaways, several churches, library & picture house, recreation ground plus Brockwell Park a short distance away, tennis court (fee payable), train station. Buses 468, 68 to Camberwell, Elephant & Castle., Waterloo, Euston. Buses 2, 432, 196 to Brixton, Victoria. In the other direction, 468 to Croydon, 196 to Norwood Junction, 249, 432 to Crystal Palace, 315 to Streatham, Tooting.
Direct trains to Victoria/London Bridge/West Croydon, Clapham Junction for East Croydon. Nearest tube station is Brixton.
The accommodation would suit a non alcohol drinker, non smoker, someone of good, clean conversation, respects others' personal space, clean and tidy in communal areas. More suitable for someone with Christian values. Length of stay for either room is flexible. Contact for further information.
