Close to shops and cafes/takeaways, several churches, library & picture house, recreation ground plus Norwood Park & Brockwell Park a short distance away. Tennis court (fee payable), and train station also close by. Buses 468, 68 to Camberwell/Elephant & Castle / Waterloo/Euston. Buses 2, 432, 196 to Brixton/Victoria. In the other direction, 468 to Croydon, 196 to Norwood Junction, 249, 432 to Crystal Palace, 315 to Streatham/Tooting.
From West Norwood Station, you can get direct trains to Victoria/London Bridge/West Croydon/Clapham Junction. From Tulse Hill Station (a short bus ride away) you can get the City Thameslink. Nearest tube station is Brixton.
Would suit someone of clean conversation (no swearers), respects others' personal space, clean and tidy in communal areas and someone with Christian values.
