Bright double room in Tulse Hill / West Norwood

A light and quiet double room is available from December in my Victorian flat. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a desk available if wanted.

Rent is £900 per month, including bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, ultrafast broadband, TV and Netflix/Amazon.

The flat has been recently renovated and has a large living room, a well equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. It’s on the second of three floors and feels like a lovely, safe and peaceful place to come home to.

Tulse Hill station is five minutes walk away, with West Norwood station eight minutes. West Norwood has a great high street with cafés, pubs, restaurants and a cinema. Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park are also nearby for walks and runs.

A bit about me: I’m a producer/director and work mostly from home. I’m friendly and sociable, but I also value a bit of downtime. I love getting outdoors, seeing friends, going for dinner or a glass of wine, and having a night in with some reality TV.

I’d love to find someone friendly, clean and considerate who’d enjoy the occasional chat or glass of wine, while also feeling comfortable doing their own thing. I’m vegetarian, but you don’t need to be.
