Friendly household with double room, West Norwood

I have a great double room for rent in SE27, West Norwood which is near Dulwich and Crystal Palace. It is available from June 21. We welcome people of any nationality in this house. I proudly voted remain and am embarrassed by brexit.
I live at the here which I own with my wife. I'm a musician and am away on tour often. There is also a young woman who is a beautician, and another person who is in entertainment. I'm hoping someone will come here and make the place their home. I realise it can be a hideous task searching for a room and there are a lot of unpleasant landlords around. I rented when I was younger and know that people want an easygoing relationship with the person they rent from. This is a very relaxed house. There is a clean modern sunlit kitchen with washing machine, dryer cooker etc. There is hi speed wi-fi. The bedroom is on the first floor. Solar panels on the roof! There a clean modern shower room, electric shower so always hot and ready. Free on street parking right outside the door and a bus stop with buses to Brixton and Clapham Junction. A two minute walk brings you to buses to the west end. A five min walk takes you to a choice of two train stations (West Norwood or Gipsy Hill) with trains to Victoria, London Bridge. Local shops and restaurants are great with a relatively new Budgens supermarket very close by with just a little further to the high st where you'll find Sainsburys and Tescos etc.
The photos show the room as it was before the current occupant moved in. Of course it will be totally clean, and empty for the next person to live in it. I’ve advertised it as unfurnished, but some things can stay in it. There is a small antique desk, a chair and a sofa bed. You can bring your own bed with you or it can stay. It unfolds into a double bed. The drawer units are fitted to the walls and remain. The room is the quietest and best in the house with lots of light.
If interested please contact me and we can take it from there. I have no preference for renting here, just would like someone who is easy to live with and clean. I've been renting rooms for a long time and have never taken anyones deposit when they leave. I'd ask for a months notice if you decided to leave. There are no rules really, I'm not interested in living with racist or homophobic people , life is too short for that. I've rented to young people in the past and they've always been happy here but age is not a concern. You can paint the room any colour you want, you can put up pictures, TV brackets or whatever. We split energy bills, which currently are around £57 per month per person. Everything else is included, wifi, council tax etc. Please feel free to email. It will be available from June 21st.
