I have a beautiful home, that I’d like to open the doors, to the right housemate.

The house was completely refurbished 3 months ago. The house is big and spcacious, separated over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms so there is plenty of space for all.

The large bedroom available comes fully furnished, bedside draws, desk/makeup table, integrated lighted wardrobes and selves which provides ample amount of storage.

There is a high spec kitchen/dining room with a 65" smart TV. The fully integrated kitchen has all modern appliances including kitchen-island with integrated sink, tall fridge-freezers, 2 washer/dryers, dishwasher which leads onto a beautiful well maintained garden with a gym.

The potential new housemate will have access to a well maintained garden consists of various seating areas, BBQ and heated patio area for cold periods.

The room is fully inclusive of all bills 😊

I am looking for working female professionals or mature students, who are clean, easy going, respectable and of trustworthy character.

Occasionally I will have my daughter stay with me hence a female occupant would be more ideal.
