I’m leaving London to move back to my home country and I’m looking for someone to move in with my lovely house mates 😊
ABOUT THE AREA:
We are right in front of the back entrance to the Tulse Hill station, but we rarely hear the trains form the flat. The house is situated on a quiet, residential, and tree-lined street.
Trains form the Tulse Hill station will take you to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Kings Cross and many other convenient location. The Brixton underground station is only a 10-minute bus ride away and buses run around every 5 minutes.
Another 10-minute walk away from the house is the West Norwood station with direct trains to Victoria, and the North Dulwich station.
The Brockwell park is 10-minute walk from the house, and the Dulwich Park is 20-minute walk.
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for someone clean and tidy to take my spot. These are our key requirements. If you are a working professional looking for a happy place to call home, you leave the communal areas the way you found them and you’re looking for a quiet and friendly place to call home - get in touch!
We cannot accommodate someone on benefits or a student, so you’ll need to be a working professional.
ABOUT YOUR NEW HOUSE MATES:
Two Italian brothers in mid to late 40s who are absolutely lovely, cheerful, super clean, tidy, easy to get on with, organised and just perfect to live with. Seriously, I’ve lived in London for 17 years and this is the happiest I’ve been in a house share!
This is NOT a party house, we like it quiet and peaceful. We do have chats in the kitchen while cooking together, so while we’re not party people, we like positive atmosphere in the house.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
The house is set on two floors, with our bedrooms upstairs, and the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet downstairs. Your room and the living room get lots of sunshine. Both are warm and quite gorgeous in my opinion. The fireplace makes the whole place look cozy and homey.
The eat-in kitchen is quite huge, sometimes all three of us cook there and it’s not crowded. The kitchen furniture is in amazing condition as it’s excellent quality wood that will continue to look great for years to come.
There’s also a separate storage room downstairs where we keep an extra freezer and fridge so you’ll have lots of space to keep your groceries. There’s a spare wardrobe in the storage room too, so lots of space for your coats, suitcases, and anything else you don’t want to clutter your bedroom with. There’s a 2.5 metre tall bookcase there too. I used it as pantry and kept all my cans and jars on it.
For an extra £100 per month you can have the humongous, stylish and gorgeous living room just to yourself if you wish 😊
There’s also a humongous back garden (around 100m2) but it will need a bit of love next season as we were away a lot and it’s a bit overgrown.
Our neighbour grows tomatoes in the front garden, so you’ll have the coolest view!
ABOUT THE ROOM:
It’s a mid-size double room with a large 3 metres tall wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a double bed. The furniture is only a couple of years old and it’s been very well taken care of. The room is rectangle shaped, so if it looks small it’s because it’s narrow on one size, but long on the other.
The walls are white and there are only very minor signs of use.
The room gets lots of sun and it’s nice and warm in the cooler months.
