Two spacious rooms in West Dulwich/Gipsy Hill

We’ve got two rooms available to rent in the West Dulwich/Gipsy Hill area.

The rooms are in a recently renovated and modern home with a communal living area, kitchen and grassed courtyard.

The property is a 10 minute walk to the Gipsy Hill train station which has trains running to London Victoria and London Bridge.

Room 1 - larger room with an ensuite. Fully furnished.

Room 2 - smaller room with a private bathroom. Fully furnished.

We’re two lawyers in our mid to late twenties who are generally pretty active and work orientated but enjoy a night out from time to time.

We’re looking for respectful and clean roommates who would be a good fit for our household.

The owner will need to obtain references and deposits by 1 November when the current tenants have left, so if you’re interested shoot us a message and we can arrange a viewing.
