Important: I am not a live-in landlord, however, there is one small resident you’ll need to be happy with! 🐈 My adopted cat lives at the property. She spends most of her time outdoors, but you would need to be comfortable with having her around and feeding her when required. She’s very independent and mainly looks after herself, but this is an essential part of the arrangement.
