Looking for someone new to move into our Marylebone flat!

This is a lovely bright furnished double room in a 3-bed first floor flat just a few minutes' walk from Marylebone Station. Baker Street and Edgware Road are also just 10 minutes' walk away. You would be sharing with 2 professional females - one works in theatre, the other works in academic research, and cafe on weekends.

There is no lounge but the kitchen has a table and chairs, perfect for socialising, and there is outdoor space that's a little overgrown at the moment - apologies! The kitchen comes with the usual: fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, pots, pans, and crockery too.

The bathroom's got a comfy tub, and a good power shower; water pressure's good (the little things are important). There's also built-in double wardrobe storage space in the room, room for a sofa, and a lovely fireplace.

The room is a nice size, with lots of sunlight, and overlooks the main road (great for people watching!).

The rent is £1000 pcm. Bills come to around £93 per person per month (excluding Gas which comes quarterly and is dependent on usage), and deposit for the room will be £883.

Move in date is a little flexible, with the ideal flatmate moving in around October 5th, but the room is definitely available by October 23rd.
