We’re looking for a clean, calm, and considerate professional to join a peaceful, well-organised household. This is a relaxed, respectful home, ideal for someone who enjoys central London living but values quiet and comfort.

We’ve realised price alone doesn’t guarantee the right fit in a shared home, so we’re doing something different. Interested parties are encouraged to arrange a viewing first and then simply submit an offer stating your minimum and maximum budget to join the household. We’ll be making decisions based on overall fit and “vibe,” not just the highest bid. The prices shown on each listing indicate the minimum offer level. The rest is up to you!
