Hey everyone!

I’m moving out of my lovely Marylebone flat in early July and we’re looking for someone great to take over my room (exact timing is still tbd).

The flat is in an amazing location just a few minutes from Baker Street and Marylebone Station, right by Marylebone High Street with endless cafés, pubs, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need nearby.

You’d be living with two lovely girls from France and New Zealand who work in Tech and Finance. The flat has a really nice balance between being social and respectful of personal space, everyone gets along well, but there’s also an appreciation for calm weekdays and a tidy home.

The apartment itself is bright and spacious, with:

A cozy living room
Fully equipped kitchen
One bathroom
A sunny shared terrace that’s perfect for morning coffees or summer evenings
Great natural light throughout

The room is north-facing, comes with a queen-sized bed, a bedside table and a spacious closet.

Bills are usually around GBP 120-150 pcm pp and the flat is in Council Tax band F.
