👋 About us

We’re two girls in our late twenties (one Aussie 🇦🇺, one English 🇬🇧) with busy professional jobs who absolutely love living in Marylebone.

We’re a relaxed, friendly and respectful household. Everyone has their own life, but we enjoy spending time together and making the flat feel like a home rather than just a place to live.

You’ll often find us watching a show or reading in the lounge, heading to the pub for a drink, exploring local markets, or grabbing a coffee nearby. ☕🍷

🏡 The flat & room

The flat is a lovely 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a cosy shared living space. We have a cleaner every fortnight and split all bills equally.

The available room is furnished, filled with beautiful natural light and has great airflow. It’s available from 15 August.

The street itself is generally very quiet in the evenings and at weekends. Please note there is some construction work happening behind the building, which may be worth considering if you work from home full-time.

* Rent: £1,200 per month (excluding bills)

💛 Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a female housemate who is a working professional and ideally looking for a friendly, social household.

We’re hoping to find someone who wants to make the flat a home — someone who enjoys a chat in the kitchen, joining for a drink or a spontaneous plan, but who is also respectful of everyone’s space and routines.

The flat is best suited to someone who is looking for a sociable but relaxed household, rather than just somewhere to crash.
