Bedroom available in spacious 2 bed 2 bath in Marylebone. Recently renovated, all new furniture and mattresses, spacious, wood floors, patio, washer and separate dryer, separate bathrooms, electric fireplace, plenty of storage, new kitchen. It’s located on Devonshire place right next to Marylebone high street and a few minutes walk from regents park, bond street or baker st.

I’d like to share with a professional closer to my age if possible, someone who appreciates good energy in the house and be social with once in a while but also has their own life.

The room is available starting from March and has a king bed, lots of closet space and new orthopedic mattress. Has sole use of main bathroom since the other bedroom has an ensuite ( except for guests using the toilet occasionally)

I am traveling myself during April so my own en suite bedroom is available from March 30-April 30.

The second bedroom ( king bed, own bathroom but not an ensuite) is available indefinitely from April 11
