Bedroom in 2 bed 2 bath with private bathroom in Marylebone. I just moved in myself so the place is still a work in progress but It has all the things: recently renovated, spacious, wood floors, patio, washer and separate dryer, separate bathrooms, plenty of storage, new kitchen. It’s located on Devonshire place right next to Marylebone high street and a few minutes walk from bond street or baker
Recently renovated and just bought a new couch with many more things on the way. Curtains to be hung, tv to be mounted, built in shelves to be put up in the alcoves instead of the current units

I’d like to share with a professional closer to my age if possible, someone who appreciates good energy in the house and be social with once in a while but also someone who has their own life.

The room available for rent is available first week of January as I have a friend staying there short term until then however I am traveling over Xmas and new years so if necessary my room is also available short term until the second bedroom opens up.
