I'm moving out of this lovely flat to move into my own place, so my flatmate Bethan is looking for a tenant to replace me for the remainder of the lease (ends September 2027). For the location, this flat has been an incredible steal, and I'm so sad to leave it.

Double room comes furnished with a king-sized bed, a large wardrobe with coat section, drawers, and mirror, and a nightstand. The window overlooks a lovely garden and gets great sunlight.

Flat details: 1st floor includes both bedrooms and a shared bathroom, 2nd floor includes a shared living room and kitchen with windows in all rooms!

Current tenant: Bethan is a masters student at Birkbeck and is the most kind and thoughtful flatmate one could ask for. She has a dog named Tigger, who is the sweetest fluffball ever. She takes care of everything for him - all you'd need to do is give him some love:)

Location: Only a 5min walk to Marylebone Station (Bakerloo) or Edgware Road (Circle, Hammersmith, District) and a 10-15min walk to Marylebone High Street. There's a Tesco around the corner and post office down the road, the location is really perfect, especially for the price.
