Ensuite double room - 04 July

Hello! We are looking for someone to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving out to buy her own place. Ideally we would like a 26+ professional to join our flat from and the tenancy would start from 04 July.

ABOUT THE FLAT
The room is a double in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath flat in a great location - Baker Street, Marylebone and Edgware road stations are all under 10 minute walk away. It is also close to Marylebone high street where there are so many lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES
Eleanor is 28 and works in regulation. Harry is 26 and works for the civil service. We are both in the office a minimum of 3 times a week so looking for someone with a similar work pattern.
We both tend to do our own thing during the week (seeing friends, going to the gym etc…) but like to catch up when we are both in the flat! We’ve genuinely had great experiences living here - the flat is lovely, in a great location and the letting agents are really reasonable and speedy at resolving any issues.

BILLS
The ensuite room is £1330 a month and bills come to roughly £160 per month. This includes wifi, gas, electricity, water, council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight.
