Double Room in a Newly Refurbished 2B1B Apartment

My current flatmate is relocating to Brussels, so I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over her share of the lease.

About the Flat

The flat is in an excellent central London location:

- 2-minute walk to Edgware Road (Bakerloo Line)
- 5-minute walk to Edgware Road (Circle, District & Hammersmith & City Lines)
- Surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and takeaway options

The flat has been recently refurbished and is fully furnished. The room will come largely as shown in the photos (excluding some personal belongings). The flat includes:

- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Fridge & freezer
- Oven
- Furnished living spaces

About the Household

You’ll be sharing with me and my friendly indoor cat, Ely. She’s generally very relaxed and spends most of her time lounging around in my room, although she does enjoy a short burst of energy each day!
