The place gets a lot of sun most of the day and has tall white windows, high ceilings.
Large living room with a fireplace, a big sofa and an 8 people large dining table which is great for working during the day. A large kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with the shower. The building is serviced and 24 hours CCTV, easy deliveries.

The room is bright, fully quiet at night, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers. Two other rooms.

On the house itself, you'd be living with two other guys. Cleanliness is very important. it's an active flat. Gym in the morning, runs, sports on
the weekend. Sunday brunch happens often - quite a good space for hosting. We generally have people round for dinner and to watch games, F1 often but prefer that is stays calm at night so not a party flat.

The big thing that really matters to us is cleanliness. Dishes done the same
day, shared spaces left the way you found them, bathroom kept clean. If that's how you live anyway, you'll fit straight in.

Two months, fixed, no extension. £1,550 a month with all bills included:
