Double Room available from April 2027

Available April–30 September 2027 | Marylebone, Central London

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat in Marylebone, available from April until the end of September 2027.

**Rent: £1,650/month, including gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.**

The flat is shared by just two people (myself and my flatmate), and we both attend UCL.

**The room:** Slightly smaller than the master bedroom, but furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and other essentials. Please see the photos for a better idea of the space. The room does not currently have a desk, although we may have one available in the living room for studying or working.

**Location:** Excellent transport links, approximately a 5-minute walk from Marylebone Station (Bakerloo line and National Rail) and Edgware Road (Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines).

**Important tenancy information:** The tenancy must be formally transferred to the incoming tenant, subject to the landlord's/letting agent's approval. An informal sublet is not possible. The letting agency may require proof of financial affordability, references, a guarantor or other supporting documents, as well as the relevant Right to Rent checks in England.
