Hi there,
I am planning to rent a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in the Maida Vale, St John’s Wood or the Marylebone area from June 2012. I am looking for a flat mate to share this flat with.
I’ve lived in both Maida Vale and Marylebone (village) and love them both for their combined centrality and tranquility. For those who are new to these areas, they are situated within walking distance of central London, some of London’s finest parks, healthy and happy high streets, as well as many restaurants and bars.
I am not expecting to pay more than £1, 200 per calendar month including bills and would expect the same of my potential flatmate. I also expect the contract would be jointly signed.
About me: I am 31 years old, female and work in the consumer health industry. My job is regional and sometimes involves a lot of travel, which might be a bonus for a potential flatmate!
I’m originally from Nigeria, and enjoy spending time with people who are open-minded, thoughtful and relaxed. I enjoy evenings out with friends, but I am not a ‘party animal’ and I’m not looking for a flat mate who would consider themselves one. I have a hectic job, and I’m really looking for a house that can be turned into a home.
If you're interested, it would be great to meet for a coffee to discuss the next steps. I currently live around Maida Vale, so meeting somewhere in central London would be ideal. I look forward to hearing from some of you soon!
