We have a double bedroom available in our large 2-bathroom apartment in the Hyde Park Mansions building between Marylebone and Edgware road. Room comes furnished. Apartment is about a 30 second walk to Edgware Road tube station (literally around the corner) and there are a large number of bus stops all around. Hyde park is a 10 minute walk, Regent's park 15 minutes. Rent includes ALL bills (inc. fast broadband) so no extra monthly payment would be required from you.

The apartment would be shared with 4 other young male professionals. We all work in finance with quite long hours so like to keep the atmosphere in the flat relaxed and quiet during the week, and would ideally prefer someone in a similar situation.

The spacious living room has a 50 inch television, large couch, dining table, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and also has its own large balcony so is very comfortable.

Apartment is also fully fitted with separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, and large modern fridge/freezer. Very fast broadband internet and cable TV service included in bills.
