Short Term accommodation - Available from 22nd January 2027 to 2nd April 2027 (min 2 months), with some flexibility around these dates.

We are pleased to offer our modern, recently renovated two-bedroom terraced house in a peaceful residential street in the heart of Brockley.

The house is our much-loved family home and is being made available for short-term accommodation while we are travelling. It is fully furnished and has a warm, comfortable and homely feel, with a modern interior, plenty of natural light and a lovely private garden.

The house comprises:

* Two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, and one with a double.
* Modern bathroom with bath tub and a shower.
* Spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area with a kitchen island and working log burner.
* Kitchen has dishwasher, American fridge freezer, Induction hob, and many additional appliances including slow cooker and air fryer.
* Comfortable living room with corner sofa, bean bags and 41 inch TV.
* Large glass bifold doors opening onto a west facing private garden
* Free on-street parking directly outside the property
* Furnished throughout

Brockley offers a great combination of a peaceful residential setting and excellent transport links into central London, with local shops, cafés, parks and restaurants all close by.

Bills

Water, council tax and broadband are included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and will be payable by the occupant based on usage.
Availability

The property is available from 22nd January until 2nd April 2027. We are looking for a minimum stay of 2 months, with flexibility of up to one week either side of these dates. Please get in touch if your dates are slightly different.

This is offered as short-term accommodation and is intended for someone who has a permanent/main home elsewhere. It is not intended to be used as the occupant’s main residence.

As this is our family home, it has a lived-in feel and contains some of our personal belongings, rather than being a completely empty or standard rental property. We are therefore looking for considerate tenants who will treat the house and garden with care.
