I am looking for either someone who would like to rent my whole flat for around one month over the summer, or the right person, couple or household who would like to make it their home for 12 months or possibly longer.

The flat has two large furnished double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, wooden floors, fresh white walls and a warm, colourful, artistic feel throughout.

There is also a small sunny private courtyard, lovely for morning coffee, evening meals or relaxing outside.

The flat is around seven minutes’ walk from Wood Green Station on the Piccadilly line and approximately 20 minutes door to door from King’s Cross. Alexandra Palace, local parks, Green Lanes, cafés, supermarkets, bars and shops are all nearby.

This is my much-loved personal home, so I am looking for respectful people who will appreciate and care for the space.
