The flat was previously our own home and we absolutely love it. Our current tenants have been here for over 18 months and would happily have stayed longer, but are relocating for work, so we're looking for our next lovely tenants to enjoy the property and make it their home.

The area itself has become a great place to live, with good pubs, independent coffee shops and bars all within easy walking distance. Crystal Palace Triangle is a short bus ride away – or around a 40-minute walk if you're feeling energetic.

Our current tenants are also interested in selling a number of items of furniture to the incoming tenants, if useful. This can be discussed directly with them.

We have a small sausage dog ourselves, so well-behaved small pets will be considered.
