We are renting our 3 bed modern house in Peckham, just 6 minute walk to Peckham Rye station. The house is available from 22nd December to 31st March, and can be flexible on dates. Includes all bills for energy, water, internet, council tax and a weekly cleaner.

The house has
- two large double bedrooms and one smaller single bedroom currently used as a nursery, can also be used as an office. There is one desk and we can leave a screen if it's helpful
- large open plan kitchen and living area with a 6 seater table and TV

- dish washer and washing machine, heated drying rack
- optional baby furnishings

Price is inclusive of all bills but subject to a fair energy usage cap based on normal usage as this is over winter.

The house is in an amazing location, 6 minute walk from Peckham Rye station, with Overground from Clapham Junction and Highbury, Thameslink to Blackfriars and Southern rail links, 10 mins to London Bridge and Victoria. It is a 2 minute walk from a very large Morrisons supermarket, 5 minutes walk to all the amenities of Rye Lane, cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. This is all while situated on a very quiet cul de sac with no through traffic.

The house will be fully furnished and not completely empty of personal belongings. It will be Airbnb style with plenty of space for tenants belongings.
