A homely apartment located just across the road from the Thames – approximately 50 metres away.

Please note: I am only interested in renting the entire flat, not individual rooms.
I issue a single tenancy agreement for the household. The lead tenant is welcome to arrange occupancy with other residents if preferred, but will remain fully responsible for the tenancy and all obligations under the agreement.
The Apartment:
The flat features a bright and spacious living area, with double doors opening into the hallway and kitchen, creating an open and airy feel. Large windows and a Juliette balcony bring in plenty of natural light, while comfortable sofas and a beautiful dark wood dining table make it an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining.
There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, along with a useful storage area by the front door, perfect for luggage, bicycles, or everyday household items.
Ideal For:
The property is particularly well suited to a couple looking to use the second bedroom as a guest room, study, walk-in wardrobe, or child’s bedroom. The second room is intentionally left unfurnished, as tenants often use it in different ways. I have attached pictures from when it was set up as a bedroom as a reference from previous tenants.
The flat has also worked very well for two friends sharing for many years.
Couples are welcome in the master bedroom. However, the second bedroom is relatively compact (while it is still a double bedroom) and is not ideally suited to a second couple. If two couples wished to occupy the property, the rent would be adjusted accordingly.
Making It Your Home:
I am happy for tenants to decorate and put up furniture or shelving, subject to prior permission. My aim is for tenants to feel truly at home here. Any approved decorative changes would need to be returned to white upon departure.
This is a much-loved home with character and sentimental touches, and I’m looking for tenants who will treat it with care and respect.
Tenancy
I am ideally looking for longer-term tenants (around 12 months or more), but I’m happy to discuss options if you require some flexibility.

* Approximately 10–12 minutes’ walk to Canada Water Station
* Bus stops a minute away
Canada Water offers a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and amenities, while Surrey Quays Shopping Centre is also nearby. Nisa Local and Sainsbury’s are both within easy walking distance.
The Neighbourhood:
The area is safe, friendly, and well connected. A riverside pub is just a couple of minutes away, and there are beautiful waterways nearby for peaceful walks alongside the local wildlife. Several excellent parks are also within easy reach for those who enjoy green spaces and outdoor living.
