This is a sublet of an entire house in Seven Sisters while I'm away with work. The house is a very generous three-bedroom, but as it's currently set up it has a main bedroom, a second smaller bedroom, and a massive study upstairs. Plus a beautiful family bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Downstairs it has two living rooms, a big sit-in kitchen, a modern extension as an additional seating area, as well as a shower room. About 1400 square feet total.

The whole house has recently been refurbished from top to bottom. It has underfloor heating throughout (with an eco-friendly heat pump in the garden), a mix of reclaimed vintage tiles and hardwood floors, high quality tasteful furniture. A baby grand piano if you are a player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, microwave, boiling water tap, induction stove. Washing machine and drier under stairs.

The location is in a quiet road just off Seven Sisters station, offering amazing transport links (King's X in under 10 minutes). South Tottenham is an increasingly popular and fun location, with several pubs and bars in easy walking distance.

The rent is £2000/month, with a one-month deposit that is obviously fully refundable if you left the place as you found it. Utilities: council tax is about £170/month, electricity (for heating, lighting, and appliances) about £200/month, water about £50/month, broadband about £30/month.

IMPORTANT: this is a sublet and so available only from the first of March to the end of April. It comes fully furnished, with everything you need. It does not lend itself to someone who has lots of furniture, it's better suited for someone who needs a temporary place. Ideally suited for a couple or two friends working from home. I'm looking for a responsible person or persons who will take good care of the house. A cleaner every fortnight is included in the rental price.

Another possibility is to team up with my current female lodger who'd be interested in staying on for March and April.

The facade has not been redone yet so is a bit messy, but this won't much affect your living experience..
