Kia Ora👋🏽, I am looking for an ideal single person who is a female (sorry lads) to fill a double bedroom in the heart of battersea (nine elms) until beginning of March 2027. (I am open to a couple but preferred is a single).

The flat is a 2 bedroom house however, this sublet is for 1 room as I will be storing my belongings in the small room.

You will be in a spacious separate living, dining and kitchen area, with a bonus small outdoor area where you can store your bike.

I am looking for a positive individual who is clean and respectful of the house and our neighbours above, social but at the same time has their own life and is a working full time professional.

Location: 7 minute walk to nine elms station,15 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and 15 minute walk to Vauxhall overground with a multitude of buses right on your door step.

Move in date: 26th November 2026

Flat including 1x large double room: £1200 per month including wifi but not power.
