Looking for the Right Tenant

I’m looking for reliable, respectful tenants who are hoping to make the flat their home. The initial tenancy will be for a minimum of 6–12 months, although I’d ideally love to find someone who would like to stay for longer.

To be completely transparent, the property is also being marketed for sale. However, the London property market is moving slowly, so I expect any sale to take some time. My priority is finding great tenants who feel settled and comfortable. Should any viewings be required, they will always be arranged well in advance and at a time that’s convenient for you. Only one estate agent will be handling the sale, so disruption will be kept to a minimum.
