Large Double room in Bruce Grove

We are a couple who are live in landlords looking for a lodger to share our 3 bedroom house in Bruce Grove.

The room is a large (15.6sqm) and bright furnished double room overlooking the back garden. It has a three door wardrobe, a chests of drawers, a desk, a dressing table, and an arm chair. The house has a kitchen/diner, bathroom and large living room. The bathroom is shared, although we will mostly use our en-suite. There is a good sized garden with a lawn, flower beds and garden furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for communal use.

We are a 39 year old local government worker and 33 year old Civil Servant. We both work from home most of the time. We're past the age of partying for the most part, but do still like a pub quiz. Otherwise our interests include sport, travelling, art, and gardening. We also have three friendly outdoor cats

We are looking for a friendly and independent professional who is respectful of communal space.

The area is residential with pubs, shops, and multiple parks a short walk away.

In terms of travel, we are 8 minutes walk to Bruce Grove station, on the Overground to Liverpool Street. Seven Sisters Tube is 20 minutes walk or 2 minutes on the Overground. Tottenham High Road, which has many bus routes, is an 8 minutes walk away.

On street parking is available with a permit.

£900 inclusive of all bills. We would be open to a Monday-Friday let for a lower price.
