Double Room in a great home

Kitchen/dinning (kitchen is behind me)

We’re looking for a clean-as-you-go, respectful housemate to rent a double room in our home. All bills and high-speed internet are included. We’re an active, welcoming household — we should mention right away that we’re expecting a baby in late August/early September

**The Space & Location**

* Photos shown are from Sunday 25th May (morning). Old photos of the bedroom shown to respect the privacy of the current lodger.

* The Room: A good-sized double room featuring both wired internet and incredibly strong WiFi (we like computers, so the connection is highly reliable).

* Communal Areas: You’ll have full access to our massive ground floor. This includes a huge kitchen/diner, a separate shared living room, a utility/toilet space, and a large garden (perfect for our occasional BBQs).

* The Bathroom: Shared with just one other person.

* The Area: We are seconds away from multiple public transport options. Supermarkets, parks, and restaurants are just a 1–5 minute walk from our front door.

**About Us**
We are sporty, hardworking, and always up for an adventure or bettering ourselves. As former London renters turned live-in landlords, we know what makes a great house-share.

* The Food: We strictly cook vegetarian/plant-based meals in the house and prefer to live with someone who is aligned with this (we do occasionally cook meat on the BBQ in the garden).

* The Vibe: We aren't a party house, but we have great energy when we’re all together. We regularly share meals, movies, and game nights, though we completely respect each other's independent lives.

* The Baby: We know a newborn in a house-share is a bit unorthodox! We are looking for someone who is comfortable with this (we won't be looking to anyone to baby-sit).

* References: Current and existing lodgers (we're still in touch with everyone who's lived here) are more than happy to chat with you to vouch for what it's like living here!

**About You**

* Mindset: We want someone looking to make this their *home* with like-minded people.

* Cleanliness: A strict "clean-as-you-go" attitude is a big must.

* Pets: We absolutely love animals, but sadly cannot accept pets due to allergies.
