We’re 2 female professionals (1 is a live-in Landlord who travels 80% of the time) with a large, bright double furnished room available. You’d be sharing a large bathroom (with own sink and a full size bath) with the person who is only home 20% of the time and we have a cleaner that comes bi-weekly.
