We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely flat – available from 24th May.

Location:
We're in Tottenham (N17) – close to lots of buses that take you into Stoke Newington and Dalston.
Our local tube stations are Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale for the Victoria line and Bruce Grove overground station.

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two girls; Lona and Maddie (both in their 30s) and work in UI/UX design and video editing.
We keep a chilled and tidy space, we're not a party house but love playing tennis, having a glass of wine and hanging in the garden when the weather permits.

You:
We’re looking for another flatmate around the same age who’s sociable, clean and respectful. We’d love to find someone who is also keen to call this place home.

The house/room:
The flat is on the ground floor and your room faces onto our garden and is unfurnished.
Please note, we don’t have a living room but we do have a massive garden with koi fish! and all the rooms are big too.
The rent is £710, and bills come to roughly £200 on top including a fortnightly cleaner.
