Spacious Double Room in Tottenham

We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely flat – available from end of May.

We're in Tottenham (N17) – close to lots of buses, Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale and Bruce Grove stations.

We keep a chilled and tidy space, we're not a party house but have the odd glass of wine/game of tennis/hang in the garden when the weather permits.

You’ll be living with Lona and Maddie (both 30s) and working professionals. We’re looking for another flatmate in their late 20s/early 30s who’s sociable and respectful.

The rent is £650, and bills come to roughly £200 on top including a fortnightly cleaner. (Council Tax band C)

Please note, we don’t have a living room but have a massive garden (with koi fish!) and all the rooms are big too.
