Lovely room to rent (Monday to Friday only)

I’m looking to rent out my spare room on a part time basis, female preferred. It’s a lovely quiet, double room overlooking the garden, in my Victorian House in Central/South Tottenham. It’s close (15 min walk ) to Seven Sisters tube (Victoria line) and Bruce Grove for overground (excellent access to City) . I can arrange parking, if needed.
I live with my little boy (7) and my cat so this has to be the right person for me. We wake early and go to bed fairly early too. But are easy going and friendly, albeit a little noisy at times! This would probably suit someone looking for a Monday to Friday room (or thereabouts) happy to consider short term lets or .just a couple of days per week. Looking for someone to be clean, tidy and considerate (someone in London for work ideally). I have a cleaner that does the house top to bottom fortnightly.
I work from home 3 days per week, I’m a TV professional.
We are next to some lovely parks and the river lea. As well as some nice, cafés, restaurants and bars. There’s a delicious artisan baker/specialty coffee shop at the bottom of the road. It’s 20-30 mins into central London.
