Lovely studio flat within family home

We have a bright and spacious but cosy studio flat available on the second floor of our home in Tottenham. It is fully furnished and well equipped with its own shower room, a kitchenette, dining table & chairs, double bed, sofa and plenty of storage space. It also has French doors which open over the gardens below. You could use our washing machine as the flat doesn’t have one, and you would also be welcome to share our garden and also to use the kitchen if you need extra space to prepare something.

The location is right next to two large parks. The closest stations are Turnpike Lane, Seven Sisters and Bruce Grove.

We are a couple with a three year old and a newborn baby. Although the studio would provide plenty of space and privacy, we would like to find someone (or ones) who would be happy living in close proximity to a family and keen to share a dinner every so often so that we can get to know each other. We are a mixed family and would be welcoming to people of all backgrounds and identities including LGBTQ+. Our ideal housemate(s) would be respectful, friendly and kind.
