Double room with flexible dates, private garden

Double room in a modern house.
I am a single professional female working longer hours and out of the house at least 7-7 in the week so this room suits someone independent.
Virgin broadband and big dining table so easy if you want to work at home in the house.
Dogs ok, smokers ok if you only smoke in the garden.
Dishwasher, sep additional wc.
I have a weekly professional cleaner on Saturday mornings.
Location is just off the high road with bus links to Seven Sisters and a short walk from Bruce Grove overground, close to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, a Sainsbury local, big Sainsbury superstore, awesome organic shop, super coffee shop, Lordship Park and a fab community pub the Antwerp Arms.
I’m open to Monday-Friday lets and flexible dates if you travel in and out of London. Great for those who just need to be in London 2-3 nights a week where I’m happy with £50 per night and an ongoing flexibility in how many nights you stay in the month. The only time the room is not available is when there are concerts at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as it’s booked through Airbnb.
