Tottenham cottage

Room available in a recently refurbished two bed house on a quiet mews in Tottenham with garden. Living with one other (me) -- I used to work in film and I'm now retraining in horticulture and design. I'll be studying from September.

I'm looking for someone independent and calm who is looking for a peaceful place to live. The house is 2 mins from Bruce Castle Park, 6 min walk from White Hart Lane station and also 2 mins from a lovely cemetery and community pub.

It's a ground floor bedroom, so it's cool in the summer. Picture shows the room empty - it now has shelves. It also comes with a double bed and mattress, storage cupboard and clothes rail.

Wooden floors throughout. I have my studio at home so the room going would suit someone who works / socialises outside of the house mostly. Some work from home would work - the current tenant works at home 1 day a week.

Bills are set at £200 a month. Move in possible from the 24th July.
