Room + house for yourself for most of the month

2 bedroom terraced house on 2 floors, with patio at the back. The house is located 4mins walk to Bruce Grove station (Weaver line) and 15min walk to Tottenham Hale (Victoria line)
We are renting the house to someone who wants a room in a shared house but also wants to live on their own for most of the time (pets welcome)
We come back to London for work once a month, just me or my partner separately, never at the same time. We would be here mainly just to sleep, in the second room, that we are keeping with our stuff in it.
Monthly bills are £350/£400 a month but we can contribute and can offer a flat rate of £1500 for the house + bills.
The house comes furnished with everything you need.
Not suitable if you have a lot of stuff since the storage space is limited.
