We are family house, two working parents. one 6 year old one 11 years. the new top floor conversion is shared only with the aupair, who eats with the family, therefore the lodger has their own kitchen diner / fridge and shares the bathroom only with the aupair.
We're busy household . the lodgeable will enjoy a fun busy vibe, a clean and tidy space with their own privacy,
And side acess to store bikes including our garden to chill for good weather/dry clothes etc.
The space is best suited to a working professional who enjoys a family vibe. the area fantastic we have mini markets, 4 takeaways, cafes, two pubs a beautiful park at the end of the road! It's a fantastic area for access to all parts of the city, be it weaver line, Victoria or Piccadilly line, including greater anglia and Stansted express. We let on a rolling month with a 1 months notice.
